My name is Sofia Ester Pereira Reis. I am the author of the Adozinda book collection. Adozinda is a teenage sorceress who lives in Lisbon and who teaches Magic Broomstick Aviation at the School of Magic.

Currently, I am a Teacher of Informatics. I concluded my PhD in Computer Science in December 2013 at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and my research was funded by a doctoral degree grant from Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia. As part of my PhD I did an internship at Telefónica Research, in Barcelona.

My research interests are human computer interaction, pervasive games, mobile games, casual games and serious games.
