The Lisbon School of Magic is a multiplayer browser game. There, students can learn how
to fly on a broomstick, study several spells, meet strange mythological creatures and they
also get to have their own room in a medieval castle.
The Lisbon School of Magic was chosen as the winner, in Portugal,
of the Best Content for Kids Award organized by Insafe and by the European Schoolnet.

Prizes won by my students whose work I oriented:

2015 - eSkills for Jobs Competition – Young Competition digital talent -
I oriented the students who won the first and the second places
in the eSkills for Jobs Competition – Young Competition digital talent organized
by the European Commission and by Cisco Systems.
The contest was for people ranging from 16 to 30 years old and therefore my students,
who were minors at the time, competed and won against adults.
The prize was a trip do Luxembourg, for the award ceremony, and another
trip to Berlin to participate in the CiscoLive! Academy Day.

2015 e 2014 - SeguraNet -
I oriented the students who classified as winners in the 2014 and 2015 editions of SeguraNet,
a contest about Internet security organized by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology,
by Direção-Geral da Educação, by Fundação para a Computação Cientifica Nacional and by Microsoft Portugal.

2014 - Passatempo Comunicar em Segurança -
I oriented the team of students who won the second place in the elementary education category,
and the third place in the secondary education category,
of the Passatempo Comunicar em Segurança 2014, a contest about Internet security organized
by Portugal Telecom Foundation.

2013 - Best Content for Kids – European Award - Young individuals or teams category -
I oriented the team of students who was chosen as the winner, in Portugal, of
the Best Content for Kids Award 2013, organized by Insafe and by the European Schoolnet.
The students competed in the Young Individuals and Teams Category.

I oriented the team of students who won the first place in the Webmaster 2009
contest. Webmaster is a contest organized by Microsoft in Portugal.

During the final project of my Computer Science and Business Management degree I worked
at Deloitte as an intern. At Deloitte I developed a project where I studied technologies
like ADSL, GSM, GPRS, UTMS and interactive television. I also created an interactive
television site for a travel agency.

Computer programmer at Adetti
Adetti is a non-profit research institution
aiming at the development of Information
and Communication Technologies. At Adetti I elaborated the site for
the Portuguese Management Magazine. This site allowed the papers from the magazine to be
sold through the Internet. I also collaborated on the CHICCO Project that consisted in the
creation of a stores server for Chicco. This project was developed in association with Pararede.
